ACADEMY DIRECTOR

The Vaqueros Academy is led by former professional player Mark Snell who is considered one of the top developers of youth soccer players in the nation.

During his 8 years at FC Dallas, he was instrumental in creating the FC Dallas Juniors Academy, writing a player development curriculum, and establishing one of their highly successful development programs called FCD Liga.

He has coached/developed 13 former players who have played for the Youth National Teams of Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, and the USA. 3 of those players have signed professional contracts with FC Dallas.

His credentials include USSF A License, USYSA National Youth License, and United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma (formerly NSCAA).
